1 What Data Is Collected
We (OMNIYA) do not collect any data from end users or store owners. All data is stored in accounts owned and controlled by you.
🔒 OMNIYA servers never receive, store, or process any personal data from your customers or your store.
2 Data Stored in Your Firebase Account
The following anonymous data is stored in your own Firebase Firestore project — not on OMNIYA servers:
- Anonymous session IDs (no name or email)
- Attention timer and watch progress
- Face detected / not detected events
- Tab switch events
- Session status: verified or failed
- Timestamps
No personally identifiable information is stored. No camera images or video frames are stored.
3 Data Stored in Your WooCommerce Store
The following data is stored in your own WooCommerce store — not on OMNIYA servers:
- Auto-generated coupon codes
- Coupon usage, expiry, and discount value
4 Camera & Biometric Data
- Camera is used only for real-time attention detection in the browser
- All processing happens locally on the user's device via MediaPipe
- No images, frames, or biometric data are transmitted or stored anywhere
📷 Camera data never leaves the customer's device. Zero bytes are transmitted to any server.
5 Third-Party Services
This plugin connects to the following third-party services:
- Firebase (Google) — Session data stored in your own Firebase account. Privacy Policy ↗
- MediaPipe (Google) — Runs locally, no data sent to Google during detection. Privacy Policy ↗
- Freemius — Licensing and payment processing. Privacy Policy ↗
6 GDPR & CCPA Compliance
- No PII is collected or stored by this plugin
- Camera consent is obtained before activation
- Users can withdraw camera permission at any time
- All session data is anonymous
7 Data Retention
- Session data in Firebase is retained according to your own Firebase project settings
- Plugin settings are deleted automatically on uninstall from the WordPress database
8 Children's Privacy
This plugin is intended for use on WooCommerce stores. It is not directed at children under 13.
